Housekeeping Application

I declare that the information above is accurate. I understand that it is forbidden to approach existing Belle Casa clients to go private with me. I understand that if any of the above is breached then I will be removed from Belle Casa list of approved housekeepers and any existing clients that I have will be allocated to other housekeepers. I understand that I will be required to provide proof of my eligibility to work in the UK. I agree to give two weeks notice should I decide to resign from Belle Casa and recognise that if I fail to do so I will be held responsible for any costs involved in providing my clients with emergency cover. I also accept full responsibility for client's keys whilst in my possession. I confirm that I take full sole responsibility for any taxation and national insurance issues, should they be relevant.
